Realtor® at The Condo Bar Real Estate · Right At Home Realty, Brokerage · RECO #4737024

Realtor® with Right At Home Realty, Brokerage, and creator of The Condo Bar. Four cities, building by building.

From engineering to real estate

Miko Nalepa started out in engineering, with studies in civil engineering technology, mechanical engineering, computer science and airport design. He spent several years in structural design, with successful designs at Toronto Pearson International Airport and the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station.

From there he moved into the automotive industry as a project engineer, then into IT as a systems administrator. While still working in auto, he studied real estate and got his licence. He worked as a part-time agent, buying and selling his own properties, adding investment properties, and helping family and friends.

Real estate then became the full-time job. He started in downtown Toronto, focused on resale condos. When the pre-construction boom hit, he moved into pre-construction sales. Today the focus is resale homes, condos and townhouses, helping buyers, sellers and downsizers.

A deliberate four-city focus

Miko Nalepa has worked in real estate for more than 15 years, and has focused on the GTA West since 2016, helping people buy, sell and rent condos, townhouses and detached homes in Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Milton. The focus stays narrow on purpose. Four cities, not all of Toronto, is what it takes to know individual buildings and streets, not just neighbourhood names.

You can browse that knowledge yourself. Start with the condo building directory for any of the four cities:

Why this site exists

Miko Nalepa built The Condo Bar as a research tool for clients. It tracks more than 450 condo buildings across the four cities, with live listings, each building’s sales history and monthly market reports for every city and many neighbourhoods.

The idea is simple: every recommendation should start with what similar units actually sold for, not what they were listed at. That gives buyers and sellers a price they can defend in a negotiation. The market reports show the same numbers used in practice.

How we can help

Buyers

Compare buildings, not just listings. Every condo building we track has its own page with its year built, suite sizes, fee ranges and recent sales, so you can see what a unit is really worth before you make an offer.

Sellers

Pricing starts from what similar units actually sold for, not what they were listed at. Start with a free estimate of your home’s value, then we can walk through the numbers together.

Investors

Look at rental rules, fees and resale history building by building, so you know how a unit is likely to perform before you buy it.

Renters and landlords

Find a rental that fits your commute and budget, or get help finding and screening a tenant for a unit you own.
