Deposit is paid to the builder's lawyer, Brattys LLP, in trust.

Maintenance fees: 71.6¢ per sq ft a month, plus $69.04 for parking and $40.27 for a locker. Includes a leak detection system.
Utilities: Hydro and water are metered and billed separately for each suite.
Development charges: $0. Normally $10,000, or $13,000 for a 2 bedroom.
Property taxes: Estimated at about 1% of the purchase price a year.
HST: Paid on top of the price at closing. You may qualify for a rebate.
Closing costs not included: Tarion enrolment fee, HCRA fee and the initial reserve fund contribution.
