Buying before it's built
10 days to change your mindOntario gives buyers of a new condo 10 days after signing to cancel for any reason.
Deposits in stagesYou pay the deposit over time, on the schedule below, not all at once.
Interim occupancyYou may move in before the building is registered and pay a monthly occupancy fee until closing.
Dates can moveThe builder must give notice of delays. Tarion warranty rules cover late occupancy.
Selling before closingAn assignment needs the builder’s consent and usually a fee. See the offers above.
Prices exclude HSTHST is added at closing. You may qualify for a new-home rebate.
