The Oaks is a 21-storey condominium at 1359 White Oaks Boulevard, built in 1977 in Falgarwood, the established north-east Oakville neighbourhood just above the QEW. It is one of a small group of 1970s towers along White Oaks Boulevard, next to The Villas and a short walk from The Sovereign.
Suites are notably generous, from about 1,000 to 1,800 square feet, in two-bedroom, two-plus-den and three-bedroom layouts. That's the size of many townhouses, which is why the building draws downsizers selling Oakville family homes and households that want room for a home office. Residents have both an indoor and an outdoor pool, a sauna, a gym and a party room, along with a concierge, a security system and parking for guests. Pet ownership is permitted within the corporation's rules.
