Mississauga Terrace is a two-storey townhouse condominium at 1624 Bloor Street, in Applewood in east-central Mississauga. It was completed in 1972 and has 50 homes.

The homes are roomy, from about 1,000 to 1,900 square feet. Every one has at least two bedrooms and a den, and the biggest have four or more bedrooms. Families who want space in a settled area are the usual buyers.

For a small complex, the shared features are good. Owners can use the pool and sauna, a fitness room, a party room and a media room. Because the complex is more than fifty years old, go through the reserve fund study and ask about recent roof and window work.

Applewood was built mostly in the 1960s and 1970s between Dixie Road and Cawthra Road. Two older plazas nearby cover groceries, a pharmacy and a liquor store. An aquatic centre and a small mall are each within about a kilometre, and two parks are close for play. Secondary and elementary schools are nearby; ask which ones serve this address.

Drivers are near the QEW and Highways 403 and 427, with Toronto just to the east. Transit riders use local buses or the Dixie GO station.
