Mississauga Condos: Best Neighbourhoods (2026)

Live listings, updated throughout the day

Mississauga's condo market spans everything from the dense, transit-anchored towers of City Centre to the waterfront calm of Port Credit and the established, leafy streets of Erin Mills. The right neighbourhood depends on what you're actually optimizing for — commute, lifestyle, or price.

City Centre / Square One

Mississauga's downtown core, built around Square One Shopping Centre, Celebration Square, and the MiWay transit terminal. The highest concentration of condo towers in the city, with the most amenity-dense buildings and the most walkable everyday errands. Best suited to buyers who want to live without a car day-to-day and value density and amenities over quiet. See our Square One market report and full guide to living at Square One.

Port Credit

A waterfront village on Lake Ontario with its own GO station offering a direct run into Union Station, a walkable main strip of restaurants and shops, and a noticeably lower-density feel than City Centre. Best suited to buyers who want a small-town, walkable feel with a fast downtown Toronto commute. See our Port Credit market report and full guide to living in Port Credit.

Erin Mills

An established, leafy residential area in west Mississauga, anchored by Erin Mills Town Centre and Credit Valley Hospital, with strong schools and a more suburban, family-oriented feel than either City Centre or Port Credit. Best suited to buyers prioritizing space and schools over walkable urban density. See our Erin Mills market report.

Cooksville and the Hurontario corridor

Central Mississauga along Hurontario Street, positioned to benefit most directly from the Hazel McCallion (Hurontario) LRT line connecting Port Credit to Brampton through City Centre. Historically a more accessible price point than City Centre itself, with transit access improving as the LRT comes online.

Meadowvale and Streetsville

Northwest Mississauga: Meadowvale offers a quieter, more suburban condo and townhouse market near the 401/407 interchange, while Streetsville keeps a genuine small-town main-street character with its own GO station. Both suit buyers prioritizing a quieter, more residential feel over downtown-adjacent density.

How to choose

If your priority is walkability without a car, City Centre wins. If it's a fast GO commute to Toronto with a lower-density, waterfront feel, Port Credit. If it's schools and space, Erin Mills. If it's value with improving transit, the Hurontario corridor. Browse every building we track across Mississauga to compare specific options once you've narrowed down an area.
