Every home has at least three bedrooms, and some have four or more, with sizes from about 950 to 2,250 square feet. That makes the complex a common next step for families outgrowing a two-bedroom apartment who want to stay close to Square One and the schools they already know. BBQs are permitted, and pets are allowed with restrictions.
The complex is Peel Condominium Corporation 88, managed by Kimberley Peck Management. With a building from the mid-1970s, the most important homework is the status certificate: check the reserve fund balance, the most recent reserve fund study and the timeline for roofs, windows, doors and paving, since these are the big-ticket items in older townhouse complexes.
