Parkway Terrace is an 18-storey condominium built in 1976 at 20 Mississauga Valley Boulevard. It's one of the older towers in Mississauga Valleys, near downtown.
Suite sizes cover a very wide range, from about 700 to 3,000 square feet. The largest homes are as big as many houses, which is rare in any condo tower. They suit downsizers leaving a house and families who need room.
At nearly fifty years old, the tower has been through many rounds of repair. Before buying, look at the reserve fund and ask about balconies, windows and elevators. Larger suites also carry larger fees, so compare costs per square foot.
