Mills Square is an 18-storey Pemberton Group condominium at 4699 Glen Erin Drive, completed in 2020 near Erin Mills Town Centre in the Erin Mills area. It has 179 suites and also carries the address 4677 Glen Erin Drive. It is one of the newest towers in the Glen Erin cluster, beside Erin Square and close to Erin Mills West Tower.

Suites run from about 640 to 1,150 square feet, and the plans go all the way from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom. A three-bedroom option in a new tower is rare, and it makes the building a fit for young families alongside first-time buyers and downsizers from nearby houses. Residents can use the swimming pool, sauna, gym and yoga studio, book the party room or the BBQ area, and staff at the front desk handle security and deliveries. Pets are allowed, with limits set by the declaration.

Peel Standard Condominium Corporation 1090 is managed by Crossbridge. With the building only a few years old, compare its fees to older neighbours and confirm how the first reserve fund study has shaped contributions.

A GoodLife gym sits roughly 400 metres from the lobby, two popular restaurants (Axia and Sultan Ahmet) are around 600 metres, and the Erin Meadows Community Centre is just as close.
