It has 196 suites and is the first of the Papillon Place buildings on Kimbermount, a short distance from both the Credit Valley Hospital campus and the Erin Mills Town Centre mall.

Suites are one-bedroom, one-plus-den and two-bedroom plans from roughly 600 to 945 square feet — sensible sizes for singles, couples, hospital staff and downsizers leaving a house in the area. Residents have a pool, sauna, fitness centre, yoga studio, party room and BBQ area. Pets are allowed with restrictions.

The corporation is Peel Standard Condominium Corporation 724, managed by FirstService Residential. Now in its third decade, the building is at the age where elevators, mechanical systems and common-area finishes tend to come up for renewal, so read the reserve fund study in the status certificate before you firm up an offer.

The immediate area is well served. Axia Restaurant & Bar is about 100 metres away, Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine and Anatolia are close, GoodLife Fitness is around 300 metres, and Nations supermarket and Stop & Go Food Market cover groceries.
