The Way Urban Towns is a newer townhouse community in Erin Mills. It spans several addresses on both sides of Widdicombe Way (3472 to 3492), a row on Ridgeway Drive (3401 to 3429) and a row on Colonial Drive (3538 to 3566). Metropia, the Sorbara Group and Greybrook Realty Partners developed it.
Homes at The Way range from roughly 500 to 1,399 square feet. The compact urban-town plans suit first-time buyers, couples and small families.
Erin Mills is a green, family-oriented planned area, with parks and schools throughout. From Ridgeway Drive, the regional mall is a short drive north. A Metro covers weekly groceries. The Credit River valley is further east for trails.
Highway 403 is close, and the 407 and QEW are within reach. MiWay buses serve the area, and Erindale and Streetsville GO stations are short drives.
The Way was built in phases, and not every phase shares one condo corporation. 3473 Widdicombe Way is Peel Standard Condominium Corporation 1095, while the main phase is PSCC 1160. Fees and reserve funds can differ, so check the status certificate for the address you want. Since The Way is new, big repairs should be years off. Still, ask how the reserve fund is being built.
